Common questions
Why is my resin still sticky?
The most common causes are a wrong mix ratio, too little mixing, or a cold room. Resin that is still sticky after several days usually needs the soft areas scraped off and a new, correctly measured batch poured.
How do I get bubbles out of resin?
Warm the bottles in warm water before mixing, stir slowly, pour in a thin stream and pass a heat gun or torch quickly over the surface. Deep pours need a slow-curing resin so bubbles have time to rise.
Why did my resin turn cloudy?
Cloudiness usually comes from moisture, a cold room, or mixing too fast and trapping tiny bubbles. Work at about 70–75 °F (21–24 °C) with dry tools and molds.
